Damooga Foundation (referred to as “us” or “we”) is a Charitable Organization in India, registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013. We operate the website www.damoogafoundation.org, www.dfngo.in, www.dfngo.org (“the Website”). These are the Terms and Conditions which govern the donation payment services provided through the Website. These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that is made through the Website. The Donations do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives of our organization. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, Instamojo. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation, you authorize Instamojo to request funds from your credit card provider, debit card provider, or any other appropriate service provider for any other mode of payment.
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider immediately.
Before we can process a donation, you must provide
(i) your name, contact number, email address and residential address; and
(ii) details of the mode of payment that you wish to use to fund the donation.
We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. Your payment details will be collected by our payment provider, razorpay, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Instamojo’s terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.

We require funds so as to meet the expenses required for the major actitities to Create, Run, Maintain and Promote the Activities Of Nature and Wildlife Conservation, Green And Clean Planet Through Tree Plantation, Education Development Activities, Medical & Health Care Activities, Environment Education Activities, Awards, Certificates and honorable awards issued to eligible achievers, Economic Development Activities, Food & Nutrition , Agriculture Development Activities & Other Social Welfare Activates to all Rural & Urban Children's, Weaker Sections, and aged Women, Relief to the Down-Trodden, Physically, Mentally, Visually Challenged Persons, Needy Peoples Of The Society.
The main source of funds of the Organization is met through donations from individuals, business class and other institutions.
For Successful Transaction : The detail is mailed and are provided with email-id.The amount, received as donation, is transferred directly to the account of ‘Damooga Foundation’, Chennai. Receipts for the donations along with other relevant documents are sent to the donors at the address as mentioned or desired by them.
For Cancel Transaction :
Case 1: Double transaction or wrong amount entered:- Request mail require to be send on info@damoogafoundation.org mail ID with reason. After verifying details of the transaction and justifying reason, the amount as received is refunded and the transaction charges shell have to be borne by the concerned donor. The said process completes within 30 days of the date on which ‘the request mail’ has been received.
Case 2: If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the process period and the amount is not credited in the account of the Organization, but has been debited from the user account, the Organization is not at all responsible to refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user from their banker/merchant. The Organization shell resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to send the related matter to the Organization at donation@dfngo.org mail ID.
You can expect to receive the refund within 4 weeks from shipping your return receipts. The information regarding your return will be notified you via email with the details of your refund.
