Damooga Foundation’s Career Guidance Programs bridge this gap by offering mentorship, aptitude testing, and awareness sessions for high school and college students.

Conducted through schools and community centers, these sessions introduce students to a wide range of career paths including civil services, IT, agriculture, vocational trades, and entrepreneurship. Experts and alumni from various fields are invited to share real-world insights and answer questions.

The programs also include mock interviews, soft skills training, and college admission guidance — particularly beneficial for first-generation learners. Information on scholarships, entrance exams, and government schemes is also shared.
