Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of India's economy, yet they face a constant shortage of skilled manpower. Damooga Foundation’s MSME Partnership initiative connects trained rural talent with growing small businesses in manufacturing, retail, and services.

The Foundation collaborates with local industries to understand skill requirements, and tailors training programs accordingly. These include CNC operation, packing and logistics, office management, customer service, and digital bookkeeping.

After training, youth are placed in internships or full-time roles, supported by a job-readiness module and mentorship. MSMEs also benefit through wage subsidy incentives and access to verified talent.

By bridging the gap between industry and community, this program creates win-win growth for all.
