Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Fundraising Freelancer to join our team and play a key role in securing funding for our diverse range of projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, and contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to attract corporate donors and sponsors in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Corporate Partnerships: Identify and engage potential corporate partners, build long-term relationships, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to support our projects.
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and presentations tailored to the requirements of potential corporate donors.
CSR Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to design and execute CSR campaigns that resonate with corporate values and objectives.
Networking: Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the organization's work and build a strong network within the CSR community.
Donor Stewardship: Maintain regular communication with existing corporate donors, provide updates on project progress, and express gratitude for their contributions.
Research: Conduct research on potential funding opportunities, CSR trends, and industry best practices to enhance fundraising effectiveness.
Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation and management of funds received from corporate donations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in fundraising activities, adhering to all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports on fundraising activities, donor contributions, and project impact to present to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years of successful experience in Corporate Social Responsibility fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Strong network of contacts within the corporate sector and expertise in CSR trends and practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling fundraising proposals and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
Proficient in budget management, financial reporting, and fundraising analytics.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet fundraising targets.
